Description

Plaintiff brought an action pursuant to § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a). This action followed the unauthorized use of a photograph of plaintiffs product on one of defendants advertising price lists. Plaintiff claimed injuries flowing from false designation of origin and false description or representation. After a bench trial, the district court found in favor of the defendant. 620 F. Supp. 596 (1985). Upon a consideration of plaintiffs claims of error and a full review of the record, we affirm.
